Two pubs in the New Forest have been shortlisted for a national award.
The White Buck, in Burley, and The High Corner Inn, located in Ringwood, are two of 250 businesses recognised by the National Pub and Bar Awards.
Winners of the annual ceremony will be announced at the Big Penny Social in London on Tuesday, June 24, with both The White Buck and The High Corner Inn battling it out to be crowned the best pub in Hampshire.

Only three pubs were shortlisted for the awards in Hampshire, with The Ship Inn, Langstone, the only other establishment competing to be recognised as the best pub in the county.
Tristan O’Hana, editor of Pub and bar magazine, which runs the event, said: “We want to showcase how brilliant these businesses are and how valuable pubs and bars are to fabric of society across the whole of the UK.”
