Crash cleared but broken down vehicle closes one lane on M27
All four lanes had been reopened following a crash between two vans and one car on the M27.
But as another vehicle has broken down in an unrelated incident in the same area, one lane has been closed again while recovery vehicles attend.

Message signs are currently warning of a "stranded vehicle" on the eastbound carriageway.
A broken down vehicle eastbound between Junction 9 and 10 has now resulted in the closure of one lane, just over 10 minutes after it reopened following the crash.
Delays of 10 minutes are still being reported.
One person left with minor injuries
The multi-vehicle crash on the M27 involved two vans and a car, Hampshire police has confirmed to the Echo.
After being reported at 10.46am, officers attended to find one person had sustained minor injuries.
All lanes are now clear.

Delays of 10 minutes remain between Junction 9 and 10 heading eastbound on the M27.
National Highways suggests that normal traffic conditions are expected between 12pm and 12.15pm.

The Echo understands that recovery vehicles are leaving the scene and lanes are slowly being reopened.
Message signs in the area facing the eastbound carriageway are warning of 20 minute delays.
Two signs near the crash say: "M27, J9-J10, 20 MIN DELAY."

Congestion is building as three lanes remain closed heading eastbound on the M27 following a multi-vehicle crash.

National Highways' interactive traffic map suggests that the closure is not expected to lift until between 12.15pm and 12.30pm.
According to the site, normal traffic conditions are not expected until between 1pm and 1.15pm.
The site also suggested two miles of congestion still present.
