Supermarkets across the city are set to open and close at different times this weekend, due to it being the Easter Bank Holiday.
Though some stores may choose not to differ from their usual opening hours, others may choose to close earlier than normal.
Tesco will be open from 6am to 10pm on Good Friday, while joining stores across the city in being closed for the entirety of Easter Sunday, before opening at 8am on Easter Monday, and closing at the earlier time of 6pm.

Both Aldi and Lidl will be open as normal – with the exception of Easter Sunday – with Sainsbury’s open from 7am until 10pm on Good Friday, while closing at the slightly earlier time of 8pm on Easter Monday.
Both Asda and the Co-op will be open until 10pm on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
M&S will be open until 8pm on Good Friday and the following day before closing for Easter Sunday. Doors will reopen at 9am on Easter Monday – although it’s browsing only until 10.30am, with doors closing at 6pm.
