A derelict farm shed in Sherfield English has been transformed into a commercial unit with council grant support.
Furland Farm, owned by the Noble family since 1934, received a grant from Test Valley Borough Council through the Rural England Prosperity Fund.
The funding covered up to £25,000, which was half of the project cost.
Furland Farm, which now focuses on watercress rather than sheep or arable farming, has used the grant to diversify and create a new source of income.
Graham Noble said: "The grant has enabled us to repurpose an old, redundant barn, unlocking its potential to provide a functional office space for business use within the countryside.
"This initiative encourages businesses to set up in rural areas, thereby boosting the rural economy.
"Diversifying in this way alongside our farm business ensures future security, and we are very thankful for the grant provided by the team at Test Valley."
