A man from Eastleigh has been arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving following a crash on Bursledon Road that saw a man injured.
It comes after police were called to reports of a crash on Bursledon Road shortly after 8pm last night.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision, with police confirming one person suffered minor injuries.
A 33-year-old man from Eastleigh was arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving, as well as leaving the scene of a collision.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “Police were called at 8.01pm on Monday, April 14, to reports of a road traffic collision on Bursledon Road, Southampton.
“The collision involved three vehicles. One person suffered minor injuries.
“A 33-year-old man from Eastleigh was arrested on suspicion driving a motor vehicle whilst unfit to do so through drink and drugs and leaving a scene of a collision. He remains in custody at this time.”
