A charity has reflected on a successful beer festival and donation collection as it looks forward to an upcoming village fete.
Meon Valley Lions Club backed the Wickham Beer Festival with a food stall to raise funds for the charity.
A spokesperson for the charity said: "This was a really successful event raising funds to go towards the Club supporting local people.
"We sold over 300 burgers and sausages to help the beer go down."

Members of the club were also out collecting money to support Marie Curie, raising £300 for the charity that provides end of life support.
The club now looks towards its Swanmore Village Fete, which promises to bring "loads of the usual attractions".
Magic Jay the magician and a Punch and Judy performance will be held at the fete, which is scheduled for July 12.
Meon Valley Lions Club's aim is to "provide assistance for those in need in our communities", holding fundraising events to allow them to do so.
