A container ship needed assistance from tugboats after being beached while heading directly towards a shoreside wall near Southampton.
The CMA CGM Pellas came close to a waterside wall while travelling into Southampton Container Port, with the ship's red bow being spotted by residents in Marchwood in the shallow water.
As reported by the BBC, tugboats were required to pull the ship away from the wall after it had briefly become beached.

The 1,148 foot long boat, which flies the flag of Malta, is expected to be in Rotterdam tomorrow at 10:30am, though it is still moored in Southampton at the time of publication.
Associated British Ports (ABP) told the BBC: "The incident was rectified quickly, and the vessel returned to its berth.
"No injuries have been reported. ABP will play its role in any subsequent review of the incident."
ABP added the matter had been referred to the Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB).
