A dog grooming salon has partnered with a recycling company to recycle dog hair in 10 different ways.

Hairy Poppins, in Stockbridge Road, Winchester, has teamed up with Green Salon Collective to recycle dog hair from grooms in a number of ways, including using it for oil spill cleanups, art and design projects, and composting.

The partnership means the salon will charge a £1 green fee per groom.
