A 33-year-old man from Manchester was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and driving while disqualified.
He has been released on conditional police bail.
The patrols, covering Hedge End and West End, included drone, car, and bicycle units.
They focused on known areas for anti-social behaviour and drug-related activity, directly leading to the vehicle seizures and arrests.
In addition to the patrols, officers held a beat surgery, providing the community an opportunity to raise concerns and ask questions.
