The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
SUKHDEV SINGH, 30, of Northumberland Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving without insurance and a charge of driving while unfit through drink, on the M27 westbound on December 14, 2024. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to surrender to court on February 13, and a c charge of driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the M27 westbound on December 14, 2024. He was banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay a total fine of £400, prosecution costs of £85 and a £120 surcharge.
PETER ROSHER, 38, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, admitted a charge of theft after he stole six bottles of Jack Daniels worth £120 from Asda, Southampton on December 27, 2024. He also admitted a second charge of theft after he stole £52 worth of products from Morrisons in Southampton on November 23, 2024. He will appear before the same court on June 4.

KARIS MCGEORGE, 38, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two charges of breaching a criminal behaviour order after she entered shops with an empty pushchair, on March 11 and March 18, which she was prohibited from doing so. She also admitted five charges of theft after she stole groceries worth £39.80 from Sainsbury’s on March 23, hair products worth £84.43 from Boots on March 18, several chilled items from Co-op on March 29, more hair products from Boots, worth £363.17, on March 11, and a Red Bull energy drink from Tesco Express on March 29. She will appear before the same court on April 17.
JORDAN CHAPMAN, 27, of Southampton Street, Southampton, admitted a charge of theft after he stole chocolate, meat and alcohol worth £167.40 from One Stop in Southampton on October 3, 2024. He will return to the same court on June 26.
