A cinema has issued a warning over a viral TikTok trend that is seeing screenings of a new film interrupted "disruptive behaviour".
Based on the popular game franchise, Minecraft, A Minecraft Movie hit theatres across the UK on Saturday and is the latest family oriented blockbuster captivating audiences.
But REEL Cinema in Fareham has issued a warning notice to customers to say that anyone taking part in TikTok trends will be given the boot.

It is understood that a new trend has emerged among young Minecraft fans, where groups watching in cinema throw popcorn, shout out or cheer, when dialogue said by one of the characters in the trailer is played in the film.
A spokesperson for the Fareham cinema said: “To ensure everyone has the best possible cinema experience, we're increasing our monitoring of screens during performances.
“Disruptive behaviour, including taking part in TikTok trends, before, during, or after a screening will not be tolerated.
“Anyone causing disruption will be asked to leave, and where necessary, the police will be called.”
