A beloved regional radio presenter signed off on her last show on Friday after spending over two decades at the BBC.
Lou Hannan, host of mid-morning show Lou's Lunch Club, began to get emotional at the end of her final four-hour show.
Her segment "10 Down" gives readers 10 questions, and the first letter of each answer makes an overall word or sentence.
Lou's final 10 Down answer was "lotsoflove".

Towards the end of the show, she said: "There are far too many messages coming through, I just cannot, I cannot keep up. Every time I look at a message for 10 Down the computer starts updating again.
"Thank you so, so much for your lovely best wishes, as this is my last show I really do appreciate your lovely sentiments.
"The fact that you’ve taken the time to send those in as well, it really does mean the world."
After giving “one final cheerio”, Lou finished her final show with the song Jive Talkin’ by the Bee Gees.
Tom Stroud will take over the 10am to 2pm weekday time slot from Monday.
