The New Forest District Council (NFDC) has reported significant progress in meeting its Corporate Plan targets.
A review presented at the April 2 cabinet meeting highlighted achievements in the first three-quarters of 2024.
The council has successfully reduced the number of families in emergency accommodation and maintained an average of 97.7 per cent compliance across five safety standards.
Seventeen new CCTV cameras have been installed, with 10 more planned.
The garden waste service is performing well, and fly-tipping levels have decreased.
The council's water refill stations have prevented the equivalent of 25,598 0.5-litre plastic bottles from being used.
Councillor Jill Cleary, leader of the New Forest District Council, said: "This performance report highlights the real progress we are making in delivering our Corporate Plan priorities.
"We are seeing strong performance in key areas that directly impact our residents, from preventing homelessness and improving safety to maintaining our strong financial position."
