Several pets in Hampshire are looking for their forever homes, including at the RSPCA Solent branch in The Stubbington Ark.
Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.
A few animals from The Stubbington Ark are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.
To help the RSPCA Solent branch carry on its work, you can donate to their website here.
Sheldon

Gender - Male
Age - Two years old
Breed - Rottweiler
Colour - Black and Tan
If you want to adopt Sheldon you can view their full profile here.
Sheldon is described as a "big playful lump and a joy to be around" who is looking for a loving new home to join.
After not being exposed to much of the outside world before coming into the care of the RSPCA, he can be worried by strangers and some dogs.
Sheldon is good with people he knows and makes friends quickly, but he can be reactive to strangers and can sometimes bark and lunge.
He has been learning to wear a muzzle and the RSPCA advises he wears this if he is walking near people he does not know.
In his new home, it will need to be adult-only with no visiting children.
The RSPCA adds: "Sheldon’s new family will have to be experienced with large breeds as Sheldon plays quite rough and can be boisterous at times."
Flumpy

Gender - Male
Age - Unknown
Breed - Domestic
Colour - White and Brown
If you want to adopt Flumpy you can view their full profile here.
Flumpy is described as an "energetic" rabbit who loves foraging and digging while out on the grass.
He does not enjoy being overhandled, but he loves fuss and will happily sit on your lap while eating treats.
Flumpy can live around cats/dogs, but needs to be kept separately, and any children in the home would need to be of secondary school age.
The RSPCA adds: "He is looking for a neutered female to bond with."
Thor

Gender - Male
Age - Three years old
Breed - Lop
Colour - Grey
If you want to adopt Thor you can view their full profile here.
Thor is an "energetic boy" who is hoping to find companionship with a neutered female rabbit.
He can be a little reserved around handling at times but this has improved over time at the centre.
Thor can live around cats/dogs, but needs to be kept separately, and any children in the home would need to be of secondary school age.
He can be housed either as an indoor or outdoor rabbit which would require a large rabbit-proof room, or a large outdoor shed with a run/aviary permanently attached.

Gender - Female
Age - Unknown
Breed - Chicken
Colour - Brown
If you want to adopt Hattie and Hennie you can view their full profile here.
Hattie and Hennie are two "curious and active" chickens who love spending their time outdoors.
They can naturally get a little spooked with quick movements, but do enjoy calm interaction on their level.
Hattie and Hennie will need a predator-proof chicken coop in their new residence, alongside a large area of grass accessed via free roaming or attached to the coop.
They could be housed with other chickens, as a pair or they can be rehomed separately if the applicant is unable to have both.
