A FORMER Brazilian steakhouse restaurant has gone on the market.
Villas Brazil, previously known as Rodizio Grill, in Wickham Road, near Wickham is being sold through CyanPower with a guide price of £425,000.
It had operated as a Brazilian steakhouse since 2018 when it took over from Bahn Thai, a Thai restaurant that traded from the site for many years and was known for its large golden Buddha statue.
The estate agents describe the property as: “A detached restaurant with self-contained residential flat above. The ground floor is arranged as a large open plan area with rear kitchens and toilets to one side. The flat is constructed as four rooms plus bathroom. There is extensive parking fronting and to the side of the building.”
Current planning use has been given for the site to be used as a restaurant, with the building having a footprint of 1,750 sq.ft.
