From bunny-themed games to egg hunts, there's Easter adventures for all the family with the National Trust in Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight. 

All trails take place throughout the school holidays and over the bank holiday weekend.

Explore kitchen gardens and orchards, fields and woodland bursting with the signs of spring.

Every trail is different - try traditional funfair activities, tackle bunny-themed games, and meet friendly wildlife characters.

Trails cost £3.50 plus normal admission, which is free for National Trust members.  

You’ll find National Trust Easter adventures at Mottisfont, Hinton Ampner and The Vyne in Hampshire, plus Mottistone Gardens on the Isle of Wight.

(Image: National Trust Images) Packed with outdoor activities and games, every family Easter trail is different, inspired by nature, beauty and history. Each one comes with a pair of bunny ears, a map to find ten activity stations and an activity card to take home.

Try wildlife-themed challenges set by the spring bunny, traditional funfair favourites, and a Regency-themed trail with giant dominoes and croquet, all set in gardens full of spring bulbs and blossom.

At Mottisfont, near Romsey, expect a delightful mix of traditional and whimsical funfair games, perfect for the whole family. Test your skills with classic favourites like coconut shy and target practice, or dive into ‘Hook a Duck’. There's a special version of ‘Wacky Races’ with its blend of sack racing and egg-and-spoon, and the ‘Clowning Around’ challenge will have everyone laughing.

(Image: National Trust Images) Or bounce along to Hinton Ampner, near Alresford, to take part in the challenges left by Bonnie the Bunny. Put on your bunny ears then travel through the pretty spring gardens to find lots of fun activities. 

This Easter, The Vyne, near Basingstoke, reveals a Regency-themed Easter trail, celebrating its close ties with famous novelist Jane Austen who was born 250 years ago. Grab your trail map to discover ten activity stations around the garden including giant dominoes and chess games.

A host of charming wildlife characters are waiting at the Mottistone Gardens Easter fayre on the Isle of Wight. Motty the Rabbit will help you get ready, then you’re off, getting Freddie the Frog onto his lily pad, egg-racing with Speedy the Swallow, bursting Prickle the Hedgehog out of his winter nest and much more.
