A busy road in Shirley is set to close for road repairs on the same day that a bus stop serving six routes will be suspended.
Upper Shirley Avenue is set to shut between Wilton Road and Pirrie Close from 8am to 6pm for one day on Tuesday.
If any access issues arise or large deliveries are expected, the on-site team will try to accommodate.

A letter sent to residents from Southampton City Council said: "Prior to the start of the works, we may reserve the works area using ‘no-waiting’ cones; please do not park where you see these cones as we may need to remove vehicles which block access to our works."
The letter also warns that nearby properties may also experience disturbances such as flashing lights and reversing sirens.
The bus stop at Lidl in Shirley heading towards the precinct will also be suspended between 9.30am and 3.30pm on April 1, though a temporary bus stop will be positioned nearby.
Bluestar services 4, 7, 17, 18, 19 and 61 will be affected.
