Oxfordshire villagers have raised fears over the potential impact of plans for the latest phase of a business park next to a motorway.
Tritax Symmetry Oxford has applied for the development, consisting of nine new units, next to junction nine of the M40.
This is an expansion of the permitted Siemens Healthineers Development which is under construction.
The new scheme includes open space, a multi-use games area and site catering area.
A total of 10 people, as well as Chesterton Parish Council, have submitted objections to Cherwell District Council.
Lorraine Beever, of Rectory Close, said: “My family and I live within 200 metres of this development. The previous phase has been extremely disruptive. The previous application stated that we were consulted. We were not.
“This went ahead and I would have objected had we been consulted. Now there are plans to make it bigger.“

Where will it go then? Will my entire garage be flooded next destroying my fridge and washing machine then onto entering the house?
“Will I then have to pay more in insurance and move out every time it floods to allow it to dry?
“I therefore object to this development continuing to grow in this way until I have some guarantee that my property will not suffer and as a consequence my family suffer.”
Anne Grant, of Chesterton, added: “I am a resident of Little Chesterton, and would like to express my deep concerns regarding the proposed Tritax development at Bicester. While I acknowledge the need for sustainable growth, this project presents several issues that could adversely affect our community and the surrounding environment.
“The character of Little Chesterton is defined by its tranquility and close-knit community spirit. The proximity of a large-scale development could alter the village's ambiance, leading to noise pollution, light pollution, and a general sense of encroachment.
“Such changes may diminish the quality of life for current residents, the value of their properties and deter future families from settling in the area.”
In the scheme's planning statement, it said: “Innovative and high quality design will attract major regional and national employers to the site as proven by the primary occupier Siemens Healthineers.
“When complete Tritax Park Oxford may provide thousands of new jobs with apprenticeships and skill training opportunities.
"A very significant contribution will be made to the local economy particularly for local businesses.
“A very significant planning advantage of Tritax Park Oxford is that the development can be brought forward promptly in response to the granting of planning permission.”
