A few motorway closures may impact Southampton drivers this weekend according to National Highways.
These will be along the M3 and M27 during the late evening and early hours of the morning.
If you're planning to travel along these roads from Southampton, it would be best to take note of different diversions that may be in place.
Here are the closures along the M3 and M27 that will be in place during the weekend of Friday, March 28 to Sunday, March 30.
Hampshire M3 and M27 closures for Friday, March 28
M3
On the M3 southbound there will be a carriageway closure between Junctions 8 and 9.
This will occur from 9pm on Friday until 6am on Saturday so that major improvement works can take place.
M27
There are no closures scheduled for the M27 on this day.
Hampshire M3 and M27 closures for Saturday, March 29
M3
There are no road closures scheduled for the M3 on this day.
M27
On the M27 eastbound there will be a Junction 4 carriageway closure between the M3 link roads.
This will take place between 9pm on Saturday and 6am on Sunday for major structure works.
Hampshire M3 and M27 closures for Sunday, March 30
M3
There are no road closures scheduled for the M3 on this day.

M27
On the M27 eastbound, there will be a carriageway closure from Junctions 9 to 11.
This will take place between 9pm on Sunday and 6am on Monday for major works.
