Hundreds of onlookers were treated to drumming and dance performances, as well as a Taylor Swift tribute act, as a performing arts school held its first ever family fun day.
Roynon Performing Arts, joined by Swan Samba, hosted the event at their regular home, Swanmore College.
The event, opened by the Mayor of Winchester Cllr Russell Gordon-Smith, aimed to showcase the benefits of dance, drumming, and movement for wellbeing, part of Swan Samba's 'Drum for Health' project.

Students of all ages and abilities showed off their skills to families and local residents and public participation was positively encouraged.
In fact, there were a number of new sign ups to classes as onlookers were inspired by what they saw.
They enjoyed a samba drumming display, dance workshops, performances, guest appearances, activities, and face painting.

Cllr Gordon-Smith was impressed by what he saw at the event.
He said: "It is great. Places like this give youngsters the confidence they need, help them socialise, and get them active.
"They learn so much. It is brilliant."
