Roadworks on Northam Bridge are set to last another three days as Southern Water repair a water leak on one of the main routes in and out of Southampton city centre.
The water company was quick to assure customers that there would be no impact to their water supply, after roadworks began on Friday, March 21, with a lane closure in place on both sides of the bridge.
A spokesperson for Southern Water apologised for “any disruption” caused along the “key route” for motorists.
