The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

GARY STAFFORD, 49, of Tatwin Crescent, Southampton, stole fragrances worth £274 from Boots in Portsmouth on October 26 2024. Conditional discharge, £85 costs, and £26 victim services surcharge.

DAVID THORN, 42, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing 80in television from Solent University on February 1 2025. Jailed for six weeks. Also pleaded guilty to stealing Lego valued at £69.99 from Waterstones in Southampton on November 25 2024. Told to pay £69.99 compensation.

BENJAMIN CARDY, 35, of Portswood Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour at Sainsbury's in Portswood Road, Southampton, on March 18 2024. Also pleaded guilty to possessing offensive weapon. Remanded on conditional bail until February 13 2026.

LUKE OSMAN, 31, of Guernsey Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching non-molestation order in Southampton. Remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Crown Court on April 18 2025.

ZACHARY LOWE, 37, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing Lego valued at £105 from Waterstones at Westquay Shopping Centre in Southampton on February 26 2025. Jailed for 16 weeks, with magistrates citing defendant's "flagrant disregard" for court orders. Lowe was also told to pay £85 costs and £105 compensation.

JORDAN MAUNDER, 33, of Heather Road, Blackfield, pleaded guilty to sending malicious communication and making threats to kill. Also pleaded to causing criminal damage. Remanded on conditional bail to appear at Southampton Crown Court on April 18 2025.

DOMINIK JASNOWSKI, 23, of Warren Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to speeding at Regents Park Road, Southampton, on May 20 2023. Fined £600 with £110 costs and £240 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. 

THOMAS ORMAN, 32, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton, pleaded guilty to harassment in Southampton on November 8 2021. Jailed for eight weeks, suspended for12 months. Also told to pay £85 costs and £154 victim services surcharge.
