Another resident, who did not wish to be named, is upset with the "lack of communication" from Southern Water.
She said: "communication has been really poor from Southern water, but I spoke to the workers and they say they still haven't found the leak. The repair to the road is going to take weeks. It's going to be a nightmare."
At its peak the outage affected 75 properties, Southern Water has said.
A spokesperson said: "There was a burst main reported on Friday 21 March at 06:30hrs. Our teams attended site and have worked hard to ensure water services are restored as quickly as possible.
"Around 75 properties were affected on Saturday, and this has been reduced to 9 properties this morning Monday 24 March.
“We have sent text messages to all customers we have numbers for who were affected and provided links to our websites for updates.
"This is a complex repair and our teams continue to work as quickly as they can to restore services as soon as possible. We apologise for the disruption this has caused and thank customers for their patience.”

This video shows the concrete cracking open when the pipe first burst on Friday.
It is understood that many of the affected houses had water this morning, but around seven are still without water.
Resident Alison Padgett's driveway flooded following the burst, and she only got water back this morning.
She said: "It makes you realise what we take for granted. Not being able to take a shower, or do any washing or flush the toilet. It is not fun. I am relieved to have water back on this morning."

Alison adds that workmen have been present every day for 24 hours trying to fix the problem, but have been struggling to locate the leak and had to wait for workers from the gas company to attend this morning to assess the situation.
One lane of the A27 is currently blocked by Southern Water teams who are working to deal with the burst water main.
The road is currently subject to temporary traffic lights.

Some residents have said they feel left in the dark by Southern Water.
In its latest update this morning, a spokesperson for the water company said: "Unfortunately, the repair process is proving to be more complex than initially anticipated, and our teams are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
"In the meantime, we will be delivering bottled water to those affected to ensure everyone has access to water during this disruption.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter."
