A blaze broke out in a Southampton tower block forcing residents to flee - with a police investigation now underway.

Residents in five nearby flats were given fire safety advice and evacuated.
The fire service received multiple calls at about 10.20pm on Saturday, March 22.

Ten fire engines, an aerial ladder platform, and incident command vehicles were sent to the scene.
Firefighters used three jets to extinguish the flames and ventilated smoke-affected areas.
Everyone was safe and accounted for, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
A joint investigation by police and fire services is underway.
Lee Whitbread, ward councillor for Redbridge, said he is "deeply concerned" by news of the fire.
Posting on Facebook, he said: "At this stage, the exact cause remains unclear, but I am relieved that no one appears to have been injured.
"I want to express my sincere thanks to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, Hampshire Police, and the ambulance service for their swift and professional response.
"Their actions ensured the safety of residents and prevented the situation from escalating further."

"If any residents have concerns or need support, I encourage them to reach out to the council."
