A body has been found in the search for a missing woman, Hampshire police confirmed last night.
Officers looking for Denise Tarrant, 44, from Southampton, discovered a body in the River Test near Western Docks.
Denise's family have been informed and formal identification has taken place, with officers supporting her family.
She was last seen at 4.30pm on March 19, according to police's last appeal for help.
Officers will now prepare a file for the coroner.

Hampshire police said: "Officers searching for missing 44-year-old Denise Tarrant from Southampton have sadly discovered a body in the River Test near Western Docks, Southampton.
"Denise’s family have been informed and formal identification has taken place. Her family are being supported by officers.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who shared our appeal. Our thoughts are with Denise’s family."
