A teen has been arrested after reports a stationary vehicle led to traffic chaos.
The blue Volkswagen Golf was reported to be stationary on Hamble Lane on Monday evening, causing a build-up of traffic, police said.
Officers since arrested a 19-year-old man, but now want to speak to witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage.
The teenager was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
He has since been released under investigation, pending further enquiries.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We would like to hear from anyone with any information about the incident, including anyone with any footage, such as dash cam, mobile phone or any other CCTV, particularly between the times of 7.30pm and 8pm.
"We’d also like to hear from the member of the public who first made our officers aware of the incident, or anyone else who recalls seeing the vehicle described above, either when it was stationary, or prior to it becoming stationary.
"If you have information which may assist us in our investigation, please call 101 and quote incident number 44250117699."
