The block of flats currently achieves an annual rent roll in excess of £450,000.
Only offers in excess of £7 million are being considered by Brick Management and Lettings Limited.

The Mayflower Village pub is positioned on the bottom floor of the building that sits directly next to Mayflower Theatre.
Pilgrim House was previously a three-storey commercial space that was converted into living spaces in 2019.
A two-floor extension was built, opening up an additional 22 flats to bring the total to 44.

Pilgrim House is also “popular with students and professionals alike”, according to the same listing.
