A garden centre has revealed a new hands-on experience.
From March 28 to 30, Dobbies Garden Centres in Cadnam will host the Mother's Day Afternoon Tea and Planting Experience.
Guests can celebrate spring’s arrival by exploring new plants and flowers to create a vibrant outdoor planter.
The 90-minute session starts with a luxury afternoon tea featuring tiers of sweet and savoury delights, unlimited tea and coffee, and Dobbies' famous scones.
After a satisfying tea, guests head to the plant area for a Q&A with Dobbies’ Green Team, learning planting tips and techniques.
Attendees will receive gloves, all necessary tools, a Cotswold planter made of 100 per cent recycled plastic, and a variety of spring plants.
Dobbies’ events programme manager, Ayesha Nickson, said: "Our Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea and Planting Experience, combining delicious sweet and savoury treats with a fun and creating activity, is the perfect way to celebrate the special women in your life."
Tickets cost £45.
