Hampshire County Council has announced a rise in on-street parking fees.
The increase applies to residents' parking permits in all zones in Test Valley.
From Tuesday, April 1, the cost of the first and second residents' parking permits will both rise from £55 to £60.
The charges for visitor permits will remain unchanged, with 100 permits continuing to be free.
