Children in hospital were treated to a visit from a galaxy far, far away this week as charity costume group visited the ward.
Cosplay experts from Joker Squad UK visited Southampton Children's Hospital and spent the afternoon on Wednesday dressed as characters from Star Wars.

Joker Squad team member Alex said: "I have a personal attachment to the hospital, as my nephew has been a patient of SCH for much of his nine years due to his condition, but continues to go from strength to strength thanks to the care and support provided.
"We are tremendously excited to be supporting the hospital and hope that our visit brings joy to your staff and those in your care, giving them a day to remember for the right reasons."
Gifts and Easter eggs were also given out, with presents donated by Zoe Hanson and the So So Show.
Toys were donated by a local family influencer who requested to stay anonymous.
