A man has been ordered to pay compensation after stealing meat from a farm shop.
David Ian Edward Gray, of no fixed abode, was sentenced at Poole Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, February 27.
It follows an incident at Ferndene Farm Shop, Bashley Cross Road on Monday, July 1, 2024.
The 43-year-old man from Christchurch has been ordered to pay £125 compensation after pleading guilty to the offence.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "Thanks largely to your response and help following a shoplifting appeal last July, we have now another court result to bring you.
"Thank you as always for your continued support with our appeals. We'll try to bring you as many updates as we can on these.
"Please keep sharing information with us where you can.
"As we often say, we can't do what we do, in bringing offenders to justice, without all of you."
