Josh, a County Press columnist, was born with athetoid cerebral palsy and taught himself to type with his nose on an iPad, the process used to compose his latest work.

On Beyond The Title, Josh enlists a team of experienced assistants to lead the conversation and has interviewed stars including Melvyn Bragg, Ken Bruce and Greg James.

The book draws from over 50 of Josh's interviews, including celebrities Dame Joan Bakewell, Danny Wallace, Adam Hills and Wendy Craig.

The Pop Culture Handbook will be released on Saturday, May 3.

Josh said: "With a detailed analysis of where entertainment sits in the psyche of the nation, this is a must read for any telly addict or anyone with a soaring passion for the arts.

"Prepare to revel in stars, fashion and music as Josh transports you back to a time when entertainment was as potent as the colour of your slinky!"
