A Southampton hotel has bagged a top award for operational excellence.
The Holiday Inn Express Southampton M27, Jct 7, part of the Hunton Hotels Group, clinched the Operational Excellence of the Year Award at the 2025 Hospitality Awards.
Organised by the Southampton Region Hoteliers Association, the awards celebrate the dedication and talent within the local hospitality scene.
The glitzy event took place on February 28 at the Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl, with over 150 professionals gathering to celebrate the sector's finest.
The Operational Excellence of the Year Award, backed by Yuzu Training, honours a hotel team that consistently provides exceptional service and guest experience.

The awards night also raised £3,590 for FareShare Southern Central, the UK's leading food redistribution charity.
