The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
ALEX LEIGH, 31, of Abbotswood Common Road, Romsey, pleaded guilty to stealing items together valued at £53.75 from Co-op store in Romsey on October 6 2024. Fined £120 with £85 costs and £48 victim services surcharge. Also told to pay £53 compensation.
GEORGE MASON, 42, of Laxton Close, Sholing, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Town Quay, Southampton, on February 25 2024. Banned from driving for six months, fined £135 with £85 costs and £54 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded to driving without a licence. Driving record endorsed.
MICHAEL BAKER, 61, of James Court, Totton, pleaded guilty to speeding at Southampton Road, Southampton, on July 2024. Fined £100 and driving record endorsed with three penalty points. Also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. Fined £60 with £85 costs and £64 victim services surcharge.
MARTYN GODDARD, 38, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing chocolate valued at £11 from Co-op store in Southampton on January 22 2025. Remanded in custody until March 12 2025.

JERRY SPRINGER, 35, of Longstock Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to attempting to steal cycle in Southampton on September 16 2024. Also pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage on the same day. Remanded in custody until March 11 2025.
ANTHONY MCCONVILLE, 55, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Medina Road, Southampton, on February 12 2025. Fined £80 with £50 costs and £48 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Also pleaded guilty to failing to comply with roadside drugs test. Fined £40. Driving record endorsed.
ALBERTO-CRISTIAN GLOABA, 26, of Devonshire Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance and driving while disqualified at Bernard Street, Southampton, on January 5 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until May 22 2025.
