A property home to a sports betting shop which has operated for decades on the outskirts of Southampton city centre is up for sale.
The plot on Millbrook Road West includes the ground floor retail space currently occupied by Ladbrokes and two residential flats above the shop.
Offers over £375,000 are being considered for the 1,926 square foot property.
While the building is being sold, bookmakers Ladbrokes will remain downstairs, as a brochure produced by estate agents notes a "new lease" with the firm is included with the purchase.

The betting shop has been a stalwart of the parade of shops for decades, first applying for planning permission to open in 2006 and staying active ever since.
Primmer Oads BAS, the agents selling the property, advertise a total annual income of £32,775, and the listing notes that the property has external street parking outside.
Ladbrokes is the only bookies on the parade of shops bordering the busy road, where a Greggs Outlet, Spar convenience store and several food takeaways also stand.
