A 24-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested after he allegedly failed to stop for police before running two red lights.
A navy Toyota Prius allegedly failed to stop for police on Bar End Road, Winchester and took the off slip road towards the roundabout of the M3 and Garnier Road at around 10am on Tuesday, March 4.
The driver allegedly then overtook stopped vehicles at a traffic light, and proceeded to drive through two red lights before driving onto Garnier Road.

The car stopped at the car park at St Catherine’s Hill, and police arrested the man after searching the area.
He has been charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop, and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
He has been released on police bail.
Police are appealing to anyone with information, dash camera footage or who saw the incident to get in touch.
