Southampton is set to be hotter than areas of Spain this weekend as a mini-heatwave sweeps across the UK.
While Madrid will only reach 11C on Saturday, the city on the south coast of England is set to see a high of 15C according to Met Office, with sunshine beaming down throughout.
It will feel like 12C in a humid Southampton this Saturday, making it warmer than Lisbon too as the Portuguese city faces bouts of rain and a 12C high.

Friday is set to bring clouds to the south coast but Met Office believes Southampton is set to see plenty of sunshine throughout the week's mini-heatwave.

- Wednesday - Very poor visibility due to fog until 8am, sunny throughout from 8am until 6pm. A high of 14C which will feel like 12C and a low of 5C. Sunrise will be 6.41am and sunset will be 5.54pm.
- Thursday - Sunny throughout the day from 6am until 6pm with some very little rain in the early evening, which will continue until midnight. A high of 14C which will feel like 12C and a low of 5C. Sunrise will be 6.39am and sunset will be 5.55pm.
- Friday - Overcast and cloudy throughout the day. A high of 13C which will feel like 10C and a low of 9C. Humidity set to be very high. Sunrise will be 6.37am and sunset will be 5.57pm.
- Saturday - Sunny day changing to partly cloudy by late afternoon. A high of 14C which will feel like 12C and a low of 9C. Humidity set to be very high. Sunrise will be 6.35am and sunset will be 5.59pm.
- Sunday - Sunny intervals with more clouds coming in during the early evening. A high of 14C which will feel like 12C and a low of 8C. Sunrise will be 6.33am and sunset will be 6pm.
- Monday - Sunny intervals with brief clouds in the morning. A high of 12C which will feel like 10C and a low of 6C. Sunrise will be 6.30am and sunset will be 6.02pm.
