The Pizza Hut in Eastleigh is seeking to extend its operating hours later into the night.
The owners of the Pizza Hut on Wells Place have applied for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003, which would see it stay open later.
If approved, the new licence would allow the restaurant to provide late-night refreshments from 11pm until 1am the following day from Thursday to Saturday.
On Sundays to Wednesdays, the eatery would be permitted to serve until midnight.

On Sundays leading into bank holiday Mondays, the proposed serving hours would also extend until 1am.
The application states that the restaurant would be open to the public from 11am until midnight every day, with delivery services operating outside these hours.
Eastleigh Borough Council is the relevant licensing authority, and the statutory register can be inspected at Eastleigh House or the Civic Centre in Southampton.
