A diversion route has been set up which will take drivers onto Cherque Way, turning right onto the B3333, Portsmouth Road.
Drivers will then join Marine Parade East, driving alongside the Lee on the Solent waterfront, until reaching Milvil Road and rejoining Manor Road.
This will block access to the Bun Penny and the Lee On The Solent Conservative Club.
