The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
STEVEN KINGSFORD, 44, of Green Park Road, Southampton, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order on May 15, 2024 after he deleted a WhatsApp conversation. He is now subject to a 12-month community order and must pay £85 prosecution costs.
CARLY LEACH, 39, of Nutshalling Avenue, Rownhams, pleaded guilty to a charge of drink driving after she was found driving a BMW with 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres if breath at Lords Hill centre West, Southampton on August 2, 2024. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. She was banned from driving for 30 months and subject to a 12 month community order. She must pay a £92 fine, £85 prosecution costs and £114 surcharge.

LEWIS HALL, 20, of Mottisfont Road, Eastleigh, admitted a charge of driving without insurance, driving without a valid test certificate, and a charge of using a Honda motorcycle with no lights, registration plate, or speedo fitted, and no MOT or paid tax, all in Bassett Green Drive on April 10, 2024. He also admitted a charge of failing to stop for a police officer, driving in otherwise in accordance with a licence, and driving a vehicle without due care and attention on April 10, 2024, in Bassett Green Drive. He was handed a two-year driving ban and is subject to a two-year community order. He must complete 130 hours of unpaid work and pay £85 prosecution costs and £114 surcharge.
RICHARD BURLEY, 40, of Grange Road, Netley, pleaded guilty to three charges of theft after he stole a selection of meat worth £150.78 from Co-op in Eastleigh on November 3, 2024, two cases of nine pack Twix worth £57.20 from co-op in Southampton on October 2, 2024, and cans of Jack Daniels, two pizza slices, two sliced bakes, and two Cornish pasties worth £17.20 from co-op in Eastleigh on September 26, 2024. He was handed a 12-week prison sentence suspended for two years.
