The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
ALAN COSBY, 76, of Tring, Hertfordshire, found guilty of driving Land Rover Defender on M27 without reasonable consideration for other road users on April 16 2023. Fined £250 with £620 costs and £100 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points.
ROBERT GRAHAM, 58, of Lower Brownhill Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving with defective tyre at Kendal Avenue, Southampton, on January 12 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until August 22 2025.
COLIN WOOD, 43, of Shakespeare Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance at Portswood Road, Southampton, on January 29 2025. Remanded on conditional bail until October 29 2025.
BROOKE HERROD, 30, of Amberley Close, Botley, pleaded guilty to drug driving at Burgess Road, Southampton, on February 12 2024. Banned from driving for 16 months, fined £120 with £85 costs and £48 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Driving record endorsed.

CHRISTOPHER CRIPPS, 42, of Howard Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing Nintendo WII valued at £50 in Southampton on February 6 2025. Also pleaded guilty to stealing two Macbrook laptops valued at £2,000. Remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Crown Court on March 5 2025.
JAMIE CAMERON-MACKINTOSH, 51, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assault by beating at Wynton Way, Fareham, on February 8 2025. Fined £120 with £85 costs and £48 victim services surcharge.
ANNA COOPER, 33, of Ashby Road, Totton, pleaded guilty to stealing coats valued at £2,010 from Cotswold Outdoor Company at Hedge End on February 12 2024. Remanded on conditional bail until June 2 2025.
LUKE BEALES, 34, of Andrews Close, Totton, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Marsh Parade, Hythe, on April 23 2023. Remanded on unconditional bail until August 18 2025.
