A Romsey care home has celebrated Chinese New Year with a variety of cultural activities.

Residents and staff at Marie Louise House, in Newton Lane, decorated the home in red and gold to mark the Year of the Snake.

They also tried their hand at Chinese writing and made Chinese lanterns.

The first day of the new year was spent together, eating authentic Chinese food, listening to Chinese music and testing their knowledge with a quiz based on China.
