The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

ALBERT PHILLIPS, 30, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Southampton on January 16 2025. Jailed for six weeks. No order for costs.

MATTHEW LEACH, 25, of Ellwood Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to burglary in Southampton on December 10 2024. Also pleaded guilty to stealing bluetooth connector and phone charger in Southampton on April 4 2024. Remanded on conditional bail until June 5 2025.

JEVEGNIJS GORNAKS, 42, of Howard Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assaulting emergency worker in Southampton on December 25 2022. Remanded on conditional bail until June 5 2025.

TONY MARCHANT, 50, of Upmill Close, Southampton, found guilty of stealing copper piping at Fleet on July 26 2022. Community order, £620 costs, and £114 victim services surcharge.

CORRINA HEIGHTON, 50, of Selborne Walk, Southampton, found guilty of possessing controlled Class A drug in Southampton on January 2 2024 and possessing controlled Class B drug. Two-year conditional discharge, £325 costs.

MAYSIE SWAIN, 21, of Southampton Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to possessing knife/sharp pointed article in Southampton on January 23 2025. Also pleaded guilty to common assault. Remanded on conditional bail until June 12 2025.

BOSTON WARD, 33, of Wilton Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to failing to answer bail in Southampton on July 17 2024. Also pleaded to assault with intent to resist arrest. Remanded on unconditional bail until June 5 2025.

BRYAN HARFIELD, 27, of Kendal Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage in Southampton on May 18 2023. Also pleaded guilty to disclosing or threatening to disclose private sexual photographs without consent in Southampton on May 18 2023. Remanded on unconditional bail until February 10 2025.

MATTHEW BAUGHAN, 35, of Spinnaker House, Hythe, pleaded guilty to stalking at Farm Close, Calmore. Remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Crown Court on February 14 2025.
