Four North Face jackets worth more than £500 were stolen from a shop in broad daylight.
The incident occurred at Cotswold Outdoor on Lower Northam Road in Hedge End.
It happened between 11.51am and 11.57am on Friday, January 24.
The jackets are worth a total of £537.60.
Hampshire Constabulary has released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

He is described as white, aged between 50 and 60 years, of larger build, and approximately 5ft 10ins tall.
Police also said the man had stubble, and was wearing a dark coloured flat hat, dark blue jeans, and a black jacket at the time of the incident.
He was reportedly travelling on an e-scooter at the time.
Police are urging anyone who can help with the investigation, including those who witnessed the incident or have relevant footage, to contact them.
