CCTV images have been released after a burglary at a popular Ocean Village restaurant, which was named as one of the best in the city.
Entry was forced to Figurati in Admiral's Quay at around 1am on January 6.
Various electrical items were stolen from the restaurant and attempts appeared to be made to steal a safe, police said.
Officers now want to speak to a man in relation to the incident.
Hampshire police said: "We appreciate some of his face is covered in the image, but if you recognise him or have any information, please contact us on 101 quoting the reference number 44250006261."

Speaking to the Echo in January, Figurati co-founder Chris Schutrups said it was the third time the restaurant has been targeted by “petty criminals” in two years.
The 34-year-old said: “They smashed the wall surrounding the safe and the wall surrounding the CCTV unit.
“We believe they tried to steal the CCTV but stole the music amp and left the CCTV intact.
“The repairs will cost around £1,000 to £1,500 which is not fatal, but it could be for other independent businesses.
“It is frustrating that we live in an amazing city with amazing people, but we have a problem with petty crime.”
