MANAGER Ivan Juric revealed Saints plan to allow Gavin Bazunu to depart on loan this month following his recovery from a long-term injury.
Republic of Ireland international Bazunu is back to full fitness after rupturing his Achilleas tendon ahead of a Championship fixture against Preston in April 2024.
Bazunu, who turns 23 next month, made his return between the sticks for the under-21s in a 5-0 victory over Premier League 2 title-chasers Fulham earlier this month.
Juric and his backroom staff were in attendance at Snows Stadium and coach Dean Thornton was in communication with the shot-stopper at half-time.
Great to see Gavin Bazunu back out there!

The Croatian coach has dubbed the former Manchester City prospect an "incredible goalkeeper" but his entry into the first team is blocked at present.
Bazunu is not currently registered in the Premier League squad having been left out by former boss Russell Martin due to his long-term injury.
Southampton can adjust their squad this month to account for Bazunu but already have three goalkeepers registered - Aaron Ramsdale, Alex McCarthy and Joe Lumley.
"I think that the idea of the club is to give him a loan after his injury," Juric told the Daily Echo. "I think he's a great goalkeeper and now we will see in these seven days what will happen."
Charlie Taylor has been linked with a loan move to Hull City. (Image: Southampton FC/Matt Watson) Full-back Charlie Taylor is another who may depart on loan before the end of the window, although Juric suggested the 31 year old is keen to play more for Saints.
Reports elsewhere suggested Taylor has been offered the opportunity to join Hull on loan, with the Tigers agreeing terms with Southampton.
Asked if Taylor has spoken to him about leaving on loan, Juric said: "No, there are players who want to play more and Charlie is one of them."
