A teenager has denied murdering a man a few days before Christmas.
Dominic Adedamole Adeyemi, 18, of Holmes Close in Netley Abbey, pleaded not guilty at a preliminary hearing at Southampton Crown Court.
Adeyemi is accused of murdering 19-year-old Tawana Choruma, of Dragoon Close in Southampton, on December 18.
Police were called just before 6.30pm to reports that a man had been stabbed near Netley station.
Despite the best efforts of the emergency services and members of the public, Mr Choruma was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Adeyemi's trial will be held at Winchester Crown Court, starting on June 2.
Appearing at a plea and trial preparation hearing in Southampton, he was further remanded in custody by Judge Christopher Parker KC.
Last week, police confirmed that another teenager who had also been charged with the murder of Mr Choruma will face no further action.
Officers said the case against Jack Connor Hibberd, 18, of no fixed address, had been discontinued.
