Passengers using Southampton Airport will have plenty of options to travel to in 2025, from the likes of Edinburgh, Jersey and Majorca.

Hundreds of thousands of people use the airport each year, with plenty of flights leaving for UK or European destinations.

As a result, quite a few airlines operate out of Southampton, including easyJet, Aer Lingus, Loganair and Blue Islands.

Passengers can also enjoy some new routes that were established towards the end of 2024 to some European airports.

Among the new routes passengers can utilise in 2025 include a twice-weekly service to Paris Orly.

It will be in place from March 31, with the airport offering access to the French capital, which is just 25 minutes by public transport to central Paris.

Additionally, easyJet will be expanding its Alicante service into the winter, meaning people can travel to the Spanish city almost all year round.

While there will be some new routes in place, some have been cut, as British Airways axed flights that were scheduled for the summer of 2025 in Bergerac, Faro, Malaga and Majorca.
