The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

MOLLY-MAY CHAMBERLAIN, 18, of Gatcombe Way, Telford, Shropshire, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Southampton on September 11 2020. Also pleaded guilty to criminal damage and threatening to damage/destroy property. Two-year conditional discharge and told to pay £75 compensation to assault victim.

MARIUSZ WOJDYRA, 42, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Tebourba Way, Southampton, on October 5 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until April 10 2025. Handed interim driving ban.

KYLE MASTERS, 30, of Chisholm Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to possessing controlled Class B drug. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at West End Road, Southampton, on October 7 2024 and driving without a licence. Also pleaded guilty to possessing offensive weapon in a public place. Remanded on unconditional bail until April 10 2025.

ROBERT CURTIS, 43, of Fourth Avenue, Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £377.27 from Marks and Spencer in Southampton on August 9 2024. One-year conditional discharge.

ARTUR BARGIELA, 52, of Richmond Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm in Southampton on October 23 2024. Handed 24-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. Also told to pay £85 costs and £154 victim services surcharge. 

JACK MAUNDER, 24, of Leighton Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drink driving at Howard Road, Southampton, on October 28 2024. Banned from driving for 20 months. Told to pay £85 costs and £268 victim services surcharge.

SCOTT SMITH, 38, of Beech Gardens, Hamble, found guilty in his absence of keeping an untaxed vehicle. Fined £660 with£150 costs and told to pay £696.25 back duty.

ADRIAN HOWARD BEALE, 76, of Dove Gardens, Park Gate, found guilty in his absence of keeping vehicle that failed to meet insurance requirements. Fined £220 with £150 costs and £88 victim services surcharge.
