The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

David Orr, 40, of Gosport Road, Stubbington, was found guilty of speeding on Bitterne Road West, Southampton, on July 6 2023. Fined £400 with £400 costs and £76 victim services surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

SHAHZADI HUSSAIN, 21, of Oxford Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two counts of allowing someone to use a vehicle without insurance. Banned from driving for seven days and fined £50. Driving record endorsed with no penalty points.

MATTHEW BAUGHAN, 34, of Spinnaker House, Hythe, pleaded guilty to stalking involving fear of violence at Calmore between May 11 2024 and August 9 2024. Also pleaded guilty to using violence to secure entry to premises at Davis Field, New Milton, on December 29 2024. Remanded in custody until January 24 2025.

CHARLES PELLESCHI, 33, of Somerset Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to drug driving on M27 at Rownhams on March 23 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until February 3 2025.

DAVID WEATHERALL, 40, of Nightingale Close, Bursledon, pleaded guilty to failing/refusing to provide sample for Class A drug test at Southampton Central Police Station on August 21 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until January 27 2025.

MICHAEL HUNT, 50, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to breaching non-molestation order at Studland Close, Southampton, on October 17 2024. Handed 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.

LISLEY TOMADON-DIMAS, 38, of Oxslip Close, Rugby, was found guilty of speeding on M3 at Winchester on February 24 2023. Fined £150 with £400 costs and £60 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points.
